This Continuous Fusing Machine is fitted with a PTFE coated conveyor belt. It employs a pneumatic cylinder system making sure pressure is applied evenly throughout. Maximum pressure 6KG. The machine is equipped with automatic temperature control and can activate an automatic cooling-shutdown function when not in use. It also employs a six-zone heating system and fitted with an anti-wrinkle roller. This machine uses a dual-scraper (upper and lower) design to ensure clean removal of the fused laminates from the conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with movable rollers to make it easier to carry.
